So Very Blueberry Muffins

I don't stop with the typical '1 cup' of blueberries in my muffins. It seems like a lot of fruit until they're all baked up and beautiful. ( I remembered to photograph these just for this page) :o)
Ingredients:
2 cups all-purpose flour
3/4 c white sugar
2 1/2 t. baking powder
1/2 t. salt
3/4 c. evaporated milk
1 stick (1/2 c) butter
2 large eggs
1 16oz bag of frozen blueberries (fresh can be substituted)
Directions:
1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees
2. Prepare a 12 cup muffin tin with non-stick spray or a smearing of butter
3. Stir together the eggs, milk & butter till smooth
4. Add sugar and blend well
5. Stir in flour, salt & baking powder
6. Mix all till moist and incorporated
7. GENTLY fold in the blueberries
8. Fill each muffin cup practically to the top
9. If desired, sprinkle the tops of the muffins with sugar before placing in the oven (it really does make a difference!)
10. Bake 25 minutes or until toothpick inserted in center of muffins comes out clean
