I found this recipe in our monthly Rural Missouri Jan 2009 magazine.
Ingredients:
1 cup heavy cream
1/4 cup sugar
1 teaspoon vanilla
4 cups clean snow
Directions:
1. In a large bowl, beat cream at high speed with an electric mixer until stiff peaks form.
2. Add sugar and vanilla (adding more of each if you prefer).
3. Fold in snow, stirring gently to blend.
4. Eat immediately or freeze until ice cream hardens.
