Snickerdoodle Coffee Cake |

This is a favorite in my family. If you like the cookies, you just die for the coffee cake. Best when served warm. Ingredients:
1 cup flour |
1 cup sugar |
1 teaspoon baking powder |
1/2 teaspoon salt |
1 tablespoon ground cinnamon |
1/2 cup milk |
1/4 cup margarine (melted) |
1 egg |
Directions:
1. Mix together the flour, sugar, baking powder, salt, cinnamon, milk, margarine and egg.
2. Pour into a greased and floured 8 or 9 inch square pan.
3. Sprinkle top heavily with sugar. (This gives a crusty top.).
4. Bake at 400 degrees for 25 minutes.
