Ingredients:
1/2 cup mango
1/2 cup cranberries, fresh
1/2 cup spinach
1 carrot
1 asian pear
1/4 cup oats, uncooked
1/2 teaspoon vanilla
1/2 cup milk
3 ice cubes
Directions:
1. place all ingredients into the blender, except for the ice. blend until smooth, place ice cubes in blender and blend until smooth, serve.
