snails boiled in spicy coconut milk
Ingredients:
1 kilo snails,1tbsp ginger,1 pc garlic crushed,1 can coconutmilk,onion,salt,freshly ground black pepper,olive oil,chilli powder
Directions:
1. saute onion,garlic,and ginger in a pan
2. add snails after the onion gets caramelized
3. let it cooked in 15 minutes
4. add the coconut oil and let it boil fo another 15 minutes
5. add chilli flavor
6. seasson salt and black ground pepper to taste.
7. note make sure that you crack the back of the snail before cooking for easy to sip the meat.
