Smothered Pork Chops With Fried Onions

Ingredients:
10 ounce(s) can of mushroom soup
6 ounce(s) french's fried onions
garlic powder
1 tablespoon(s) parsley
pepper
6 pork chops
salt
1/2 pint(s) sour cream
1 teaspoon(s) thyme
Directions:
1. Preheat oven to 350.
2. Place in single layer in glass baking dish.
3. Heat mushroom soup 1/2 can water.
4. Add thyme to soup and mix well.
5. When blended, mix in sour cream, parsley, & crushed fried onions (save some for sprinkling over the top!)
6. Cover & bake for 1 hr.
7. Remove cover for last 5 minutes.
