Easy and so good.
Ingredients:
1 1/2 lbs deer tenderloins
flour
2 beef bouillon cubes
1 1/2 cups water
white minute rice
Directions:
1. Season tenderloin with salt/pepper/garlic to taste.
2. Lightly flour and brown in oil.
3. Put in casserole dish with bullion and water; cover and put in oven to smother about 2 hours or till tender.
4. Serve over rice.
