Smothered Chicken and Green Bean Skillet

Ingredients:
4 small boneless skinless chicken breasts
2 cups frozen green beans
1 (10 3/4 ounce) can condensed low-fat cream of mushroom soup
1/4 teaspoon dried thyme leaves
1 cup shredded sharp cheddar cheese
1/2 cup water
Directions:
1. Heat large nonstick skillet on med-high heat. Add chicken. Cover. Cook 5-7 minutes per side until done (165deg). Remove from skillet.
2. Add green beans, soup, water, and thyme to skillet and cover. Cook 6 minutes, stirring often.
3. Return chicken to skillet. Cook 1 minute or until hot.
4. Top with cheese and serve.
