  1. On low heat and in double boiler, melt chocolate bars. Add marshmallows and milk; stir constantly until smooth, no lumps. Remove from heat, add Cool Whip, mix well. Pour into graham cracker crust. Mix cream cheese (I microwave to soften), sugar, and Cool Whip together and spread over pie. Drizzle chocolate or caramel syrup over pie if desired.
