This is a little different than the other smores bars I checked out, so I thought I would post it. I haven't made it yet.
Ingredients:
1 cup quick-cooking rolled oats
1/2 cup flour
1/2 cup brown sugar, packed
1/4 teaspoon salt
1/4 teaspoon baking soda
1/2 cup butter, melted
2 cups mini marshmallows
1/2 cup milk chocolate chips
Directions:
1. In bowl, combine oats, flour, brown sugar, salt and baking soda.
2. Stir in butter until crumbly.
3. Press into an 11x7 baking dish.
4. Bake at 350 for 10 minutes.
5. Sprinkle with marshmallows and chocolate chips.
6. Bake for 5-7 minutes longer or until marshmallows start to brown.
7. Cool pan on wire rack.
8. Cut into bars.
