Smoothie - Quick Sob (No Dairy)

SOB stands for strawberry, orange, banana. I was tired of paying so much for smoothies, so I decided to make my own. Enjoy!
Ingredients:
1 small seedless tangelo or 1 small tangerines or 1 small orange
6 large ripe strawberries
1 -2 teaspoon splenda sugar substitute or 1 -2 teaspoon sugar, to taste,depending on sweetness of fruit
1 small banana, very ripe
6 -7 ice cubes, from standard ice cube tray
Directions:
1. Peel tangelo, section, and remove white strings.
2. Place in blender.
3. Hull strawberries and cut in quarters.
4. Place in blender.
5. Add Splenda or sugar to blender.
6. Peel banana and place 1 inch chunks in blender.
7. Place ice cubes in blender.
8. Blend (I use food processer speed on my Cuisinart) for 30-40 seconds until smoothie reaches desired consistency.
9. The blender may need to be jiggled at the beginning as there is no liquid in the bottom.
