A low-cal, low-fat banana smoothie that tastes just like the one at Smoothie King!
Ingredients:
1 cup light vanilla soymilk
2 tablespoons plain fat-free yogurt or 2 tablespoons low-fat vanilla yogurt
1 teaspoon sugar
2 bananas
1 teaspoon flax seed
Directions:
1. Pour milk, yogurt and sugar into blender. Add bananas and flax seed. Blend well.
2. To add more volume and make it ice cold, add 6 ice cubes and blend some more.
