A protein smoothie, usually taken as a meal replacement. I got this from an issue of Men's Health, and it is great!
Ingredients:
1 scoop protein powder
1 cup skim milk
1 tbsp low-fat peanut butter
2 tbsp ground flaxseed
1/2 cup frozen blueberries
Directions:
1. Add all ingredients to blender.
2. Blend until smooth, pulsing where necessary.
