Ingredients:
3 large cubes fresh pineapple, chilled
half a frozen banana
1/2 cup plain yogurt
1/4 cup rice flake cereal
optional...dollop of honey
Directions:
1. Blend fruits and yogurt until smooth
2. If you have a sweet tooth, swirl in the dollop of honey
3. Top with cereal.
4. Insert spoon, you're good to go!
