Ingredients:

Directions:

  1. Preheat the oven to 375 degrees, coat an 8 inch square baking dish with nonstick cooking spray,
  2. Cook the macaroni according to the package directions, omitting the salt; drain.
  3. Meanwhile, in a large saucepan, melt the butter over high heat; add the flour, salt, and pepper,
  4. Slowly whisk in the evaporated milk and continue cooking for 3-4 minutes, or until the mixture begins to thicken.
  5. Remove the saucepan from the heat and add the macaroni and the cheese; mix well,
  6. Then pour into the baking dish,
  7. Bake for 20-22 minutes, or until bubbly and heated through.
