A no-cook cheese appetizer spread for cracker or party bread. The cooking time is the time needed for refrigeration.
Ingredients:
2 cups cheddar cheese, grated
2 cups swiss cheese, grated
1/2 cup mayonnaise
1 teaspoon onion, grated
1 garlic clove, minced
1 teaspoon worcestershire sauce
1/4 teaspoon celery salt
1/8 teaspoon liquid smoke
2 -3 drops hot pepper sauce
Directions:
1. In a medium bowl, combine cheeses.
2. Stir in mayonnaise until well blended.
3. Stir in remaining ingredients.
4. Shape into a 9x3-inch log; wrap airtight in plastic wrap or foil.
5. Refrigerate for 1-3 hours.
6. Makes 1 cheese log.
