Smoky Baked Beans with Peaches |

Peaches give these beans their sweetness, while the smokiness comes from a commercial barbecue sauce. Ingredients:
cooking spray |
3/4 cup finely chopped onion |
1 (16-ounce) can pinto beans, rinsed and drained |
1 (15.8-ounce) can great northern beans, rinsed and drained |
1/2 cup barbecue sauce (such as kc masterpiece original) |
1 (4-ounce) cup diced peaches in light syrup (such as del monte), undrained |
Directions:
1. Heat a medium saucepan over medium heat; coat pan with cooking spray. Add onion; sauté 3 minutes or until tender. Stir in remaining ingredients. Cover and simmer over medium heat 10 minutes. |
