Smokehouse Cauliflower Medley

The smoky bacon flavor enhances fresh cauliflower and parsley. A easy side of veggies to accompany any meal.
Ingredients:
1/4 cup butter or 1/4 cup margarine
1 medium head cauliflower, cut into flowerets
1/4 lb bacon, cooked and cut into 1in pieces
2 ounces pimiento, drained
1 teaspoon dry mustard
1/2 teaspoon salt
2 tablespoons water
1 tablespoon fresh parsley, chopped
Directions:
1. in a 3qt saucepan melt butter. stir in remaining ingredients except parsley.
2. cover and cook over medium heat stirring until cauliflower is crispy tender.
3. sprinkle with parsley.
4. serve while hot.
