Pasta Salad
Ingredients:
1 pound pasta shells
8 oz smoked turkey
1 cup chopped celery
1 1/2 cups seedless grapes
1 1/2 cups chopped green onion
1 cup light mayonnaise
0.33 cups light sour cream
1 1/2 tablespoons fresh lemon juice
Directions:
1. Cook pasta according to package directions and drain.
2. Rinse under cold water and drain again.
3. In a large bowl, stir together the pasta, turkey, celery, grapes, and onions.
4. In a small bowl, stir together the other ingredients.
5. Toss the pasta with the dressing.
6. Add salt and pepper, if desired.
