Smoked Turkey And Avocado Bagels

Ingredients:
1/2 pound smoked turkey, finely chopped
1/3 cup chopped avocado (about 1/2 avocado)
1/2 teaspoon lemon juice
1/3 cup finely shredded carrot
2 tablespoons creamy mustard blend (such as dijonnaise)
1/8 teaspoon pepper
2 fresh poppy seed bagels, halved and toasted
1/2 medium red onion, sliced and separated into rings
1/4 cup alfalfa sprouts (about 1/2 pint)
Directions:
1. Combine first 6 ingredients in a large bowl. Spread 1/2 cup turkey mixture on top of each bagel half. Top bagels evenly with onion rings and alfalfa sprouts.
