Smoked Salmon Spread

This is a quick spread to make that looks and tastes like you slaved for hours. I serve it with sliced cucumbers, toast points and an assortment of crackers.
Ingredients:
1/2 lb smoked salmon, cut into 1 inch pieces
3/4 cup chilled whipping cream
2 tablespoons sour cream
2 teaspoons fresh squeezed lemon juice
salt
1 tablespoon snipped fresh chives
Directions:
1. Put the salmon in your food processor and puree until smooth.
2. While the machine is running, slowly pour in the cream and process until thick.
3. Scrape the work bowl and add the sour cream and lemon juice.
4. Process for 2 seconds.
5. Add salt to taste.
6. Cover and let sit in the refrigerator for 4 hours or overnight.
7. Serve with the chive garnish.
