Ingredients:
8 ounces cream cheese, softened
1 teaspoon capers
1 teaspoon caper juice
1 teaspoon green onion, chopped fine
1 teaspoon mayonnaise
1/2 lb smoked salmon (or lox)
Directions:
1. Combine first 5 ingredients and mix well.
2. Spoon a small amount onto salmon strip and roll up. Fasten with a toothpick.
3. This can be made up ahead, covered and chilled.
