Smoked Salmon Mousse

This easy spread can be served as a dip for cucumber spears, or piped onto cucumber rounds or croutons and garnished with fresh dill. Originally from a December 1989 issue of Bon Appetit in their Cooking Healthy section.
Ingredients:
1 (8 ounce) package light cream cheese, room temperature
1/3 cup low-fat plain yogurt or 1/3 cup nonfat plain yogurt
2 ounces smoked salmon, cut into 1/2 inch pieces
1 1/2 tablespoons minced green onions, white part only
1 1/2 tablespoons minced fresh dill
1 tablespoon fresh lemon juice
white pepper, to taste
Directions:
1. Blend first 6 ingredients in processor until smooth.
2. Season to taste with pepper.
3. Transfer to bowl, cover and refrigerate.
4. (Can be made 2 days ahead.).
