Smoked Salmon Crostini

This crostini gets a kick from wasabi paste, but you could substitute horseradish sauce just as well.
Ingredients:
1/2 baguette, cut into 1/2-inch thick slices
olive oil flavored cooking spray
1 -2 tablespoon prepared wasabi paste
3 ounces smoked salmon, thinly sliced
3 green onions, thinly sliced (or 2 tbsp. chopped chives)
Directions:
1. Spray the bread slices on both sides with olive oil spray. Grill over medium-high heat until browned on both sides. Spread each slice with a bit of wasabi, top with a slice of salmon, and sprinkle with green onion or chives.
2. Serve immediately.
