Directions:

  1. Preheat oven to 325.
  2. Put cream cheese in mixer or Cuisinart and whip.
  3. Add eggs one at a time, allowing each one to blend before adding the next.
  4. Lower speed and add sour cream, onions (raw, sauteed, or softened in microwave) and diced salmon.
  5. Place in spring form pan and bake for about an hour.
  6. Garnish with smoked salmon roses with a sprig of parsley tucked under each rose.
