Ingredients:
4 slices challah
4 ounces thinly sliced smoked salmon
1 avocado, thinly sliced
2 tablespoons sour cream
1 pinch salt
1 pinch black pepper
Directions:
1. Place bread slices on a work surface and remove crusts.
2. Arrange salmon and avocado on top of two slices, dividing equally.
3. Spread sour cream evenly over the other two slices. Season to taste with salt and pepper.
4. Press slices together, cut into 4 squares and serve.
