Smoked pork tenderloin

Ingredients:
1/2 teaspoon(s) allspice
1/2 cup(s) apple cider
1 cup(s) apricot nectar
1 tablespoon(s) brown sugar
1 clove(s) garlic, minced
1/4 teaspoon(s) ground ginger
1 1/2 to 2 pound(s) pork tenderloin
2 tablespoon(s) soy sauce
2 tablespoon(s) vinegar
Directions:
1. Pierce meat with a fork all over. In a saucepan combine remaining ingredients and heat until sugar is dissolved. Place meat in a glass bowl or plastic bag and add marinade. Refrigerate overnight in marinade.
2. Remove meat from marinade and place on smoker grill. Pour remaining marinade into smoker's water pan.
3. Charcoal: Use 5 pounds charcoal, 3 quarts hot water, 2 wood sticks and smoke 2-3 hours.
4. Electric: Use 3 quarts hot water, 2 wood sticks and smoke 23 hours.
