Any smoked fish may be used: carp, whitefish, bluefish, mackerel, etc. Serve with an assortment of crackers and/or cocktail size sliced bread.
Ingredients:
8 ounces smoked whitefish, skinned and boned
1/4 cup mayonnaise
1/4 cup unsalted butter, at room temperature
1/2 teaspoon worcestershire sauce
Directions:
1. Place the whitefish, mayonnaise, butter, and Worcestershire sauce into a food processor. Pulse until the mixture is smooth.
