Smith College Blueberry Crisp

Ingredients:
5 lbs blueberries
granulated sugar, 1 tablespoon
4 ounces cornstarch
1 tablespoon lemon juice
1/2 teaspoon ground cinnamon
2 cups water
10 ounces soft margarine
6 ounces all-purpose flour
6 ounces rolled oats cereal
1 lb light brown sugar
Directions:
1. place blueberries, water, and lemon juice bring to a boil.
2. combine sugar, cornstarch and cinnamon mix well.
3. pour sugar mixture into boiling berries, stir well until thickened.
4. remove from heat. pour into greased pan.
5. cream together butter and sugar. add flour and oats mix until crumbly.
6. spread evenly over berries
7. bake at 325 for 35-45 minute.
