Smells so Good Cinnamon Apple Cider

Snuggle down with your favorite blanket, and a steaming mug of cider, for the coziest, bedtime ever. When straining the cider, make sure that the holes in the strainer are smaller than the spices you are trying to catch. I found the recipe in Kids Are Cookin. I have not tried this recipe. I'm posting this for safe keeping.
Ingredients:
1 quart sweet apple cider
2 cinnamon sticks
1 teaspoon ground cloves
1/2 teaspoon nutmeg
Directions:
1. In a large saucepan, stir spices into cider and simmer for about 10 minutes over moderate heat.
2. Pour through a strainer with small holes to remove the spices that haven't dissolved.
3. Serve piping hot.
