Smashed Potatoes

Chunky, garlicky version of mashed potatoes. Good with steaks.
Ingredients:
1 1/4 lbs red potatoes
1/2 cup chopped onion
2 cloves garlic, quartered
1/3 cup milk
2 teaspoons coarse ground mustard
1/2 teaspoon salt
1/4 teaspoon pepper
Directions:
1. Cut potatoes into 1 inch cubes (do not peel).
2. Combine potatoes, onion and garlic in a medium saucepan.
3. Add enough water to cover; bring to a boil.
4. Reduce heat, cover and cook 20 minutes or until potatoes break apart easily when pierced with a fork.
5. Drain potatoes, and return to saucepan.
6. Add remaining ingredients and coarsely mash, leaving some potatoes in chunks.
