Smashed New Potatoes

Ingredients:
1 tablespoon(s) butter
1/4 cup(s) fat-free half-and-half
1/4 cup(s) fat-free milk
3 tablespoon(s) low-fat sour cream
pepper
1/2 teaspoon(s) salt
1 1/2 pound(s) small, new red potatoes, quartered
Directions:
1. Bring potatoes (with skins on) to a boil in a medium saucepan with water. Reduce heat to a gentle boil and cook 15 mins or until tender. Drain and return to pan.
2. Briefly mash potatoes until broken up. Fold in half-and-half, sour cream, butter, salt and enough milk to reach desired consistency.
3. Add pepper to taste.
