very low cal salad, very good for small lunch or for a small healthy snack
Ingredients:
5 tbs iceberg lettuce
2 tomato
2 tbs red pepper
2 tbs cucumber
2 tbs asparagus
2 small mushroom
2 tbs cauliflower
Directions:
1. Mix all ingredients.
2. tips: add some oil or spice to flavor it. personally i spread some small rye bread pieces on it to get a higher amount of fiber.
