Ingredients:

  • 2 tbsp red pepper
  • 2 tbsp cucumber
  • 2 tbsp asparagus
  • 2 small mushroom
  • 2 tbsp cauliflower

Directions:

  1. Mix all ingredients.
  2. Tips: add some oil or spice to flavor it. personally i spread some small rye bread pieces on it to get a higher amount of fiber.
