Slow Cooker What's Cooking Beef Stew

I found this recipe in the fall Kraft What's Cooking magazine with slight modification. It calls for Sun Dried Tomato/Oregano Dressing, but I wasn't able to get it at my local supermarket, so made Oregano dressing instead.
Ingredients:
1 lb stewing beef, cubed
3 tablespoons flour
1 lb sweet potato, peeled and cubed into 1 inch pieces
1 (28 ounce) can diced tomatoes
1 zucchini, halved lengthwise and cut into disks
1 onion, chopped
4 cloves garlic, minced
1/2 cup sun dried tomato, with oregano, dressing
1/3 cup basil, chopped for garnish
Directions:
1. Dredge beef cubes in flour.
2. Place in large slow cooker.
3. Add the rest of the ingredients (except basil).
4. Stir to combine.
5. Cook on high 4-6 hours.
6. or low for 6-8 hours.
7. Sprinkle with basil just before serving.
