Slow Cooker Vegetarian Soup

a hearty soup for the vegetable lovers. Slow cooked to perfection
Ingredients:
/2 a rib of celery chopped
1/2 onion chopped
2 clove garlic
1 tsp olive oil
1/2 potato chopped roughly
1 carrot chopped roughly
1/2 c green beans cut into 1
1/2 yellow squash - chopped roughly
1/2 c of marinara sauce (tomato basil)
3 c of vegetable broth
1 tbsp of basil leaf
1 tsp of oregano
3 tbsp of orzo pasta
salt - to taste(since the marinara sauce will have salt adjust accordingly)
black pepper
Directions:
1. In a pan add olive oil and saute onion, garlic and celery for 1 min. Set the slow cooker on low for 4 hours. Add the onion mix; broth; marinara sauce; salt; pepper and all the vegetables except the squash. After 3 hours add the squash; pasta; oregano and basil and let it cook for 1 hour. Serve hot with garlic bread.
