Slow Cooker Smoked Sausage and Saurkraut Soup

Ingredients:
6 strip(s) bacon, cooked and crumbled (garnish)
2 carrots, diced
3 stalk(s) celery, sliced
5 cup(s) chicken stock
2 teaspoon(s) dried dill
2 cup(s) fresh mushrooms, sliced
1 onion, diced
1/3 cup(s) parmasean cheese (garnish)
3 red peppers, diced
salt and pepper to taste
1 pound(s) sauerkraut
1 pound(s) smithfield smoke sausage, sliced
1 can(s) tomatoes, diced
Directions:
1. Stir together all ingredients in a slow cooker. Cover and cook on low setting for 10-12 hours or on high setting for 5-6 hours. To serve, garnish with crumbled bacon and Parmesan cheese and serve with crusty bread.
