Slow Cooker Salsa Chicken

This recipe can't get any better. It's amazingly simple, you most likely have all of the ingredients in your pantry. Serve this wrapped up in tortillas.
Ingredients:
4 boneless skinless chicken breasts (frozen is fine)
1 cup salsa
10 1/2 ounces condensed cream of chicken soup
1 1/4 ounces taco seasoning
1/2 cup sour cream
6 tortillas
Directions:
1. Place chicken in the bottom of your slow cooker.
2. Sprinkle taco seasoning on chicken.
3. In a bowl, combine soup and salsa. Pour over chicken.
4. Cook on high 4 hours. When done, shred chicken with two forks and stir in sour cream.
5. Serve on tortillas or as desired.
