Ingredients:
1 onion, sliced
1 tablespoon candied ginger
2 habanero chili peppers, tops removed, minced
1/2 teaspoon allspice
2 tablespoons dry mustard
1 teaspoon black pepper
2 tablespoons balsamic vinegar
2 tablespoons soy sauce
2 tablespoons olive oil
olive oil flavored cooking spray
3 lbs chicken breasts, boneless, skinless
jasmine rice
3 lbs chicken breasts, boneless, skinless
Directions:
1. combine; onions and ginger in food processor.
2. add all other ingredients EXCEPT chicken to food processor; blend.
3. coat slow cooker with olive oil cooking spray. place chicken in slow cooker; coat with sauce. cover; cook on low 6-8 hours serve over Jasmine rice.
