1. trim excess fat from chops 2. cut each squash into 4-5 crossways slices 3. arrange 3 chops on bottom of crockpot 4. place all squash slices on top 5. layer last 3 chops on squash 6. combine rest of ingredients and spoon over chops 7. cover and cook on low 6-8 hours(when tender) 8. serve 2 slices of squash on each chop
