Ingredients:
1 lb brussels sprout
3 tablespoons butter
1 tablespoon dijon mustard
1/4 teaspoon kosher salt
1/4 teaspoon black pepper
1/4 cup water
Directions:
1. Wash and trim sprouts. Cut in half. Place sprouts in slow cooker with remaining ingredients. Cook on low 4-5 hours or on high 2-3 hours. Stir well before serving.
