Ingredients:
3 tablespoon flour
2 pounds chicken breast, boneless, skinless
2 cups onion, chopped
1 1/4 cups chicken broth, 99% fat free
1 cup bell pepper, chopped
1/2 cup carrot, shredded
2 tablespoon paprika
2 teaspoon garlic
1 teaspoon salt
1 teaspoon black pepper
8 ounces mushrooms
1 1/4 cup cream, sour, reduced fat
Directions:
1. Combine flour and chicken in a medium bowl; toss well. Add chicken mixture, chopped onion, and the next 8 ingredients (through mushrooms) to an electric slow cooker. Cover and cook on low for 8 hours.
2. Serving size = 1 cup
