Slow Cooker Chicken Breasts With Sherry and Sauce

Ingredients:
4 organic chicken breast halves
2 (10 1/2 ounce) cans cream of chicken soup
1/4-1/2 cup dry sack medium-dry sherry
1 onions or 1 leek, chopped
Directions:
1. Place soup, sherry and onion in crock pot.
2. Add chicken breasts and spoon sauce over them.
3. Cover and cook 4-6 hours on low heat, 6-8 hours on high.
4. Serve over rice or pasta.
5. Can add sliced mushrooms from the beginning.
6. Can add lettuce at the end.
