Slow Cooker Cheese Broccoli With Almonds

Had this one laying around. Found it on a recipe card.
Ingredients:
1 1/2 lbs fresh broccoli, trimmed well
1 (10 ounce) can cream of chicken soup
1/2 cup mayonnaise
1 (8 ounce) package shredded cheddar cheese
1/4 cup toasted slivered almonds
Directions:
1. Place broccoli in slow cooker sprayed with vegetable cooking spray.
2. Combine chicken soup,mayonnaise, half of the cheese, and 1/4 cup water, and spoon over broccoli.
3. Cover and cook on low for 2-3 hours.
4. When ready to serve, sprinkle remaining cheese over broccoli, and top with slivered almonds.
