Slow Cooker Beef Stroganoff

I love this dish over egg noodles. SO yummy!
Ingredients:
1 lb stew meat
1 medium onion, chopped
1 (10 3/4 ounce) can healthy request cream of mushroom soup
1 (10 3/4 ounce) can healthy request cream of celery soup
1 (8 ounce) package fresh mushrooms
1/4 cup red wine
1/4 teaspoon cracked black pepper
8 ounces cream cheese
8 ounces sour cream
Directions:
1. Place uncooked meat, mushrooms, onions and black pepper in slow cooker.
2. Pour the soups and the wine over the top and mix.
3. Cover and cook on low for 8 hours.
4. Cut cream cheese into cubes and stir into the hot mixture in the slow cooker.
5. Stir in cream cheese.
6. Cover and cook for an additional 10-15 minutes.
