Slow Cooker Beef Stroganoff

The flavors of this beef stroganoff really come together well in the slow cooker, and it tastes special enough for company. You can add more or less sour cream at the end depending on your taste.
Ingredients:
2 lbs stewing beef
1 large onion, chopped
1 garlic clove, minced
1 lb mushroom, halved
1 (10 ounce) can beef broth
1/4 cup flour
1/2 cup dry white wine
1 tablespoon dijon mustard
1 tablespoon worcestershire sauce
1 cup sour cream
Directions:
1. Brown beef in oil in a frying pan. Salt and pepper to taste, place in slow cooker.
2. Add onions, garlic and mushrooms to slow cooker.
3. Mix flour and beef broth, add to slow cooker with wine, Dijon and Worcestershire.
4. Cover and cook on low for 8 hours.
5. Add sour cream and stir to combine, heat through before serving.
