Directions:

  1. Combine tomato sauce steak sauce horseradish garlic salt and pepper reserve
  2. In 3 1/2 qt slow cooker combies potatoes carrots and shallots in bowl toss beef with flour until well coated place over potato mixture pour reserved sauce mixture over beef
  3. Cover cook on low until beef is very tender 8-10 hours before serving stir stew to combie and sprinkle with parsley
