Ingredients:
1 1/4 pounds stew beef
1 cup frozen peas, thawed
1 cup frozen corn kernels, thawed
1 large onion, chopped
1 1/2 cups carrots, sliced
2 cups diced tomatoes, 1 can
2 cloves garlic, minced
3 cups chicken broth
1/2 teaspoon salt
1/2 teaspoon black pepper
1 teaspoon onion powder
1 teaspoon basil leaf
3/4 cup brown rice, uncooked
Directions:
1. Just throw everything into the slow cooker.
2. Cook for 10 hours.
