Slow Cooker BBQ Pulled Pork Sandwiches

Mmmm . . . BBQ . . . Pork . . . Sandwiches. Can it get any better? Oh yes, make it in a crockpot so you don't have to work at all.
Ingredients:
3 lbs boneless pork roast
1 cup chopped celery
1 cup chopped onion
1 cup ketchup
1 cup barbecue sauce
1 cup water
2 tablespoons vinegar
2 tablespoons worcestershire sauce
2 tablespoons brown sugar
1 teaspoon chili powder
1 teaspoon salt
1/2 teaspoon pepper
1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
Directions:
1. Place roast in slow cooker.
2. Combine remaining ingredients in a bowl and pour over roast.
3. Cover and cook on high for 6-7 hours.
4. Shred the meat and mix it with the sauce (Note - You may want to thicken the sauce some).
5. Great for making sandwiches or using in other recipes. The sauce is good on rice too.
