  1. In a skillet,brown the ground beef.
  2. Drain and transfer to your crock.
  3. Add remaining ingredients.
  4. Cover and cook on low for 4-5 hours or on high for 2 hours.
  5. Note:
  6. Sometimes I use ground pork sausage in place of the beef. When I don't have green chili peppers on hand,I use 1/2 cup of chopped green bell peppers instead. Enjoy.
